• Single acting and double acting mechanical clutches ranging from 1 kgm torque to 80 kgm torque
• These clutches can cover the following basic functions:-
  • Smooth and Gradual starting of loads
  • Starting of Prime mover to full speed on load, or no load
  • Engagement and disengagement of drive at will
  • Change in direction of rotation by use of a double acting clutch
• Mechanical Clutches have limitless application in industrial drives for machines

When the current is applied a strong magnetic field is generated and the armature is pulled towards the rotor, for a residual free torque due to the spring action

• We manufacture more than 100 types of Single disc Clutches/Brakes popularly known as dry clutches
• Ranging from .15 kgm torque to 60 kgm torque
• Have no sliprings and do not require any maintenance
• Offer a high capacity of heat dissipation
• Short and consistently accurate switching times makes these units suitable for applications where repeatability is important. Also wear is compensated automatically and no drag torque is developed during idling
• Mainly used on Packaging machines, Dairy equipments, Paper and Textile machinery, Wire Drawing machinery, Plastic machinery, Food Processing etc

• Have developed more than 3000 different type of clutch plates mfd out of spring steel, asbestos popularly known as ferrodo, P-Bronze/Sintered mtrl
• Used on various types of clutches/ brakes namely Electromagnetic, Mechanical, Hydraulic and pneumatic
• Plates mfd as per International Standard & are properly tested to give better life to Clutches/Brakes
• Can manufacture any type of clutch plate from 20 mm dia to 800 mm depending upon the reqt
• We are also in a position to manufacture small quantities as per reqt

• We manufacture more than 400 different types of multi disc clutches/ brakes for industrial application as per International Standards
• Clutches / brakes equivalent  / mfd by leading mfr’s all over the world like ZF, Stromag and Heid, Moenninghoff, Warner, Russian manufacturers etc.
• Different mountings with torque ranging from .5 kgm to 300 kgm
• We can manufacture any type of clutches and brakes as per customer drawings and specifications
• Used primarily in wet conditions and in machine tool application
